• All items are pre-order unless option says it’s on hand.

Processing of pre-order is 9-14 days after payment confirmation.

• No refund, return, and exchanges for items under pre-order.

• All pre-order items are subject to availability as we would need to check first if the material or fabric is available for production.

• On hand items

- Expect your order to be shipped out within 2-3 days after payment confirmation

• Mode of Payment

BDO, BPI, Gcash

• Courier

- We use own courier for metro manila. LBC for provincial customers.

• Delivery Lead Time

- For metro manila customer, lead time is 1-3 days.

- For provincial, lead time is 2-5 days.

• Refunds

 - We only allow refund if the item you    ordered is not available as of the moment. Payments processed thru Gcash paymongo,  computation would be: Amount paid less the processing fee/charges = refundable amount. 

• Return & Exchange

- Return and Exchange is only accepted if the item that was sent out is damaged (if proven) or wrong size & color from what you ordered. Item will be replaced with the same item as your order. It will only be accepted within 24 hours after receiving the item. Otherwise, request for replacement will no longer be valid.
